More utility

I've posted this morning at my own site (www.accmanpro.com) that I can see fantastic utility for professonal services firms prepared to foster micro communities within disparate client groups.

But I'd also like to see more utility. It would be great for example to have an inline claculator or spreadhseets where you can share that kind of data. Is that possible right now?

I don't think so Dennis. Although I know it's been around for a while, in its current mode Ning is still very new and it'll be intriguing to see how it develops. The good thing about these types of platform is the user is very much in control for the simple reason that we're building communities which will build Ning's success. They're bound to be listening carefully to what their users want.

That makes a huge amoutn of sense. So here's the next thing. I recieved a notification about your reply in email. I've had to click out to arrive here. I'd prefer to see the response included in the email so I have the option to click out if I feel a response is required.

I wonder if Ning is listening to this thread?? -:)

You can subscribe to each conversation via the RSS feed and just delete the Ning email. That way you can monitor a conversation without having to return unless you want to respond.
